Refund Policy
Effective May 25, 2026. This policy explains how CertVector reviews refund requests, billing mistakes, subscriptions, lifetime access, and bundle purchases. CertVector is operated by Equilibelle App Solutions.
First-purchase refund review
During launch, CertVector reviews first-purchase refund requests made within 7 days of checkout. This review is intended for good-faith product-fit issues, duplicate purchases, mistaken course purchases, or billing problems.
This is a refund-request window, not a free trial. Approval depends on account activity, course usage, billing history, whether the account appears to have used the product substantially, and whether the request appears to be made in good faith. Refund rights required by law are not limited by this policy.
Subscriptions
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under this policy.
If a renewal happened by mistake, contact support quickly with the account email, course, subscription interval, renewal date, and what happened. We review mistaken-renewal requests case by case.
Lifetime access and bundles
Lifetime access and bundle purchases may be eligible for first-purchase review during the 7-day launch review window, but heavy usage, downloaded/offline study activity, or broad access across multiple courses may affect eligibility.
Lifetime access means access to the purchased course or bundle for the commercial life of that product on CertVector, subject to the Terms of Use. It does not include exam fees, future unrelated courses, or guaranteed operation forever.
Billing errors and entitlement mismatches
Duplicate charges, failed entitlement grants, mistaken course access, Stripe webhook issues, or subscription-state mismatches should be sent to support. CertVector can review Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, invoice, and webhook records to correct account access.
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on Stripe, your payment method, and your bank or card issuer.
Non-refundable cases
CertVector does not refund because a learner did not pass an exam, did not schedule an exam, changed career plans, disagrees with official vendor exam policies, or expected official vendor affiliation.
Refunds may be denied for heavy usage, account sharing, scraping, attempts to bypass limits, abuse of AI tutor usage, chargeback abuse, exam-dump activity, community misconduct, or violation of the Terms of Use.
How to request help
Use the support form and include the account email, purchased course or bundle, subscription interval or lifetime plan, checkout date, Stripe receipt or invoice if available, and a concise explanation of the issue.
Do not include full card numbers or sensitive personal data in a support request.
