What was added

This release adds 36 independently authored questions across all nine active CertVector courses. Each course received new applied or scenario-based items with four answer choices, answer rationales, an objective mapping, and a review timestamp.

The new questions are intentionally smaller in number than earlier generated expansions. The goal is to increase decision quality and realism rather than inflate the bank with repeated wording patterns.

Security+, Network+, CCNA, and CompTIA A+

Security+ additions cover identity compromise, EDR containment, segmented application architecture, and third-party data handling. Network+ additions emphasize DHCP failure, wireless roaming, interface counters, and guest isolation.

CCNA additions include longest-prefix routing, VLAN trunk troubleshooting, switchport security, and responsible use of generative AI in network operations. CompTIA A+ additions use support-ticket scenarios for POST failures, structured cabling, SSD disposal, and safe PowerShell deployment.

AWS, Azure, and PMP

AWS additions reinforce shared responsibility, cost controls, storage selection, elastic capacity, Multi-AZ design, temporary credentials, edge caching, and interruptible compute.

AZ-900 additions target the July 2026 skills outline, including serverless compute, private endpoints, infrastructure as code, and Azure Monitor. AZ-104 additions cover scoped RBAC, user delegation SAS, App Service deployment slots, and verified recovery.

PMP additions reflect the July 2026 emphasis on outcomes, responsible AI, sustainability, stakeholder collaboration, and benefits realization.

What comes next

CertVector will use answer patterns and learner reports to identify questions that are ambiguous, too easy, or unusually difficult. Because several courses are still building usage volume, editorial review remains the primary quality control until enough response data is available.

CCNA v1.1 remains the active practice path while a separate v2.0 alignment is prepared for the February 2027 exam transition. Current learners should continue their existing plan rather than switch early.
